In observing how teachers handle learner's economic and psychological challenges it's clear that they embody the roles and skills of adept managers. Their organizational abilities shine as they create inclusive learning environments, accommodating diverse needs. Communication serves as a bridge, allowing them to connect on a personal level, identifying signs of stuggle.


Teachers take on multifaceted roles as motivators, organizers, and mentors to address the economics and psychologycal challenges students face. They motivate students by setting high expectations and highlighting the value of education. As organizers, they create  an inclusive learning environment , ensuring accessibility for all. In the role of mentors, teachers offer guidance and support, enhancing students well-being. This combination of roles enables teaches to manager classrooms effectively empower students to overcome obstacles and grow personally and academically. Moreover, their attentiveness to psychological  well-being creates a safe space for expression and growth. This dual role of educator and manager equips them to guide students through challenges, fostering and nurturing and empowering learning experience.
